Zachary T. Prineas has been in practice since 1975. He is a graduate of University of Southern California and of USC Gould School of Law. He is an attorney in private practice in Newport Beach, California. His practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate, oil and gas, real estate and business law.

Cree & Prineas was founded in August 1983 in Long Beach, California. Zachary Prineas took over the firm after the death of William H. Cree, Jr.
